Quality Control:

Due to the atmosphere in our kilns, some items may vary, however items will always be of equal quality.  Our pottery is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.  No lead is used in the process.  We guarantee our work.

Availability:

Orders take 4-8 weeks.  Many of the items we keep in stock and will inform you at the time you place your order the availability of the item.  If it is not in stock, there is usually a 4-8 week delivery time.

Payment:

Prepaid. Please phone or fax with Credit Card numbers. Check or money order can be mailed with your order.

Shipping:

The charge for shipping is $12.50 per address under $100.00--Over $100.00 is 10% of total.

We ship UPS.  We need a street address.  If you have only a PO Box we will ship with the US Post Office.
